ravel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

Our practice nurses are fully trained to give you foreign travel and vaccination advice.

If you require any vaccinations relating to travel overseas, please complete our travel form and make an appointment with the practice nurse. Please do this as early as possible as some vaccines have to be ordered and others have to be taken/given at set times before you travel.

Travel forms are available from reception or here: TRAVEL_FORM.pdf

Please complete and return your form before booking your appointment. This ensures the nurse has all the information they require and time to research your destination and the recommended vaccines before your appointment.

Charges

Please be aware that most vaccinations are chargeable, and payment will be required at the time the immunisations are administered. The practice nurse will be able to advise you on the exact charges involved, and we ask that you discuss this fully prior to embarking on a course of immunisations so that you are aware of the cost.

Please contact our reception team on 01323 833535 for costs.
